How Habital® works

Employee feedback is collected in short, recurring moments during the working day. These
signals are aggregated and analyzed to reveal patterns that explain why certain spaces, policies,
or setups succeed or fail.

Employees receive short prompts during the working day. Each input takes less than a minute and adapts to the individual's context.

Measured over time

A Habital® study typically runs for a minimum of two weeks, providing enough data to reveal stable patterns while remaining easy to complete.

Connected insight

Habital® data can be linked with Workplace Observation Studies and sensor data in the Measuremen Portal, connecting experience to actual workplace use.

What is Habital?

 Habital is a workplace experience platform that combines real-time occupancy data with direct employee feedback. It helps organizations understand how people interact with their spaces and what drives engagement and productivity. 

How does Habital support maturity?

 A study starts with an online intake survey, followed by a two-week experience sampling period during which employees receive short daily prompts. 

How long do you need to measure for reliable insights?

 A minimum of two weeks provides a reliable balance between usability and data quality and helps smooth out incidental variation. 

Are responses anonymous?

 Yes. Personal details are used only for login and notifications. Insights are anonymised and reported at aggregate levels. 

Can Habital® data be combined with other Measuremen studies?

 Yes. Habital® insights can be combined with Workplace Observation Studies and sensor data in the Measuremen Portal.
