About us
We measure how workplaces actually perform
Measuremen exists to replace assumptions with evidence in workplace decisions. Workplace leaders are expected to act on cost, space, and employee experience, often without reliable data. We provide objective measurement that shows how workplaces are really used, so decisions can be made with confidence.
Measuremen operates in more than 43 countries, supporting organisations across corporate, education, and public sectors. Our headquarters is in Amsterdam.

What we do
We collect and report objective data on workplace use and experience. Our work includes:
- Workplace Observation Studies that measure occupancy and activity on site
- Continuous workplace analytics through privacy-safe sensor technology
- Workplace Asset Inventories that bring clarity to what organisations own and use
- Employee experience measurement through Habital®
- One shared analytics platform through the Measuremen Portal
We focus on measurement and reporting helping organizations make workplace decisions based on data, rather than assumptions

How we work
Our approach combines multiple forms of measurement to build a complete picture of workplace performance. We observe how spaces are used, measure patterns over time, and capture employee experience alongside behaviour.
All data is collected independently, handled securely, and presented in a way that supports clear decision-making. Privacy is built into every step. We do not track individuals — instead, we measure spaces and patterns.
Our Values
Our team
Measuremen is built by an international team with deep experience in workplace measurement, technology, and human behaviour. Learn more about the people behind Measuremen on our team page.
Measuring what matters
Workplaces continue to change. Our role remains the same. We measure what matters, learn from every workplace, and help organisations make better decisions — based on evidence, not assumption.
