Measuremen Portal

All your workplace data, connected

Workplace decisions often rely on fragmented data: spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, and gut feeling.

The Measuremen Portal is Measuremen’s workplace analytics platform. It aggregates data from all Measuremen solutions and makes it easy to explore, compare, and act on workplace insights over time.

Trusted in 50+ countries globally

Overview

A single view across all workplace measurements

When data lives in separate tools, alignment breaks down.

The Portal connects insights from across the Measuremen ecosystem, including:

  • Workplace Observation Studies (occupancy and activity)
  • iBASX Smart Office Solutions (continuous sensor data)
  • Habital® (employee experience insights)
  • Workplace Asset Inventory (asset-level data)

By combining these sources, the Portal shows not only what is happening, but also why.

FAQs

Get answers about observation methodology, study scope, and implementation timelines.

Why is a workplace observation study conducted?

To understand how workspaces are actually used and to support decisions with accurate, objective data.

How long do you need to measure for reliable insights?

A minimum of two weeks provides the right balance between usability and reliability and smooths out incidental variation.

What does the observation process look like?

Trained observers conduct walkarounds on site, registering usage of workspaces and facilities using Measuremen’s software.

Are employees monitored?

No. The study focuses on spaces and usage, not individuals or performance.

When are results available?

Insights are typically available in the Measuremen Portal within five working days after the final observation day.
